As Chair of the ECCDC RE Development Team we completed construction of the Wisconsin Cottages in 2008, a project which provided ownership opportunities for low & moderate income families. The North County Manufactured Housing Coalition (of which I was a member) helped create 24 moderate income homes in Escondido in 2007. And of course I'm active in Mountain View Village Homeowner Association, where I reside! This community of 145 homes is in the Granite Hills neighborhood of El Cajon & I've served as a director for over ten years.
