"......one Sunday, my wife and I ran into Kay LeMenager at an open house on Mount Helix. We talked a little while and both of us were quite comfortable with Kay and we agreed to let her represent us in our search. We feel that it was the best decision we ever made. We looked at what now seems like hundreds of houses before we found the right one. Kay was tireless and never once begged off or said she was busy with something else or was anything less than enthusiastic. At every house we looked at she simply presented the pros and cons. She never tried to rush us into a decision.

We finally found the house that was just right for us in the El Cajon area. Again Kay was tireless when it came to negotiating the best price for us. We never felt that we had anything less than Kay's full attention through this process.

Even though we were pre-approved for the mortgage, for some reason, our lender wouldn't lock us in to the current low rate. I happened to mention it to Kay over the phone one afternoon and she went to work for us again. I don't have any idea what she said to the lender but I got a call about an hour after and they had locked us into a very good rate.

I think every real estate buyer or seller at some point will have second thoughts about the money the agent receives from the deal but when you get service like we got from Kay, you know it is money well spent."
